DRD3 school organization

One of the main goals of the DRD3 collaboration is to foster the dissemination of the knowledge. Organization of the schools is therefore highly welcome, particularly those providing also practical/hands on experience. All DRD3 members are invited to organize such events which can be if branded as “DRD3 school” also financially supported through the Common Collaboration Fund. In order the school can be named DRD3 school it needs to fulfill:

DRD3 school definition

• The school must be co-organized by DRD3 institutions (preferably many)
• The school must be covering the scope of the DRD3
• The school must be open to and invite DRD3 collaborators
• The school organizers must agree with calling it a DRD3 school and as such being advertised/promoted by the DRD3

DRD3 school approval:

• The DRD3 Steering Group must approve the use of the name “DRD3” upon the request from the organizers.
• Any request for the funds must be approved by the DRD3 Steering Group.
• The sequels of the already approved schools do not need new approvals.
