  • Note that, while several institutes are registered under DRD3, they are not visible. They will become visible when the MoU has been signed by the institute.

The criteria for inclusion in the greybook are given here: https://greybook.cern.ch/home/criteria 

• For the moment we don't have an MoU and as such the key criteria for registration cannot be fulfilled.

We are therefore only able to perform preliminary registrations which should only be done, if really needed (e.g. no other affiliation to CERN, requirement from funding agency to be registered preliminary). :

To get your institute registered, 

• fill the team leader form including the part to be filled by your administration/hierarchy
• send the filled form to Veronique for verification and to Gregor for signature.

To get your institute members registered as users,

 the Team Leader can pre-register Users via the online EDH PREG pre-registration form

Former RD50 members: Consider to continue your team under RD50; registration/extension of team members as user is still possible under the RD50 label
